What is the Gray Kangaroo? The Gray Kangaroo Personal Liquor FIlter was invented in 2001 as a means of providing high quality cheap booze for large groups of people. The Gray Kangaroo Personal Liquor Filter (currently in it's fourth design) uses the same technology that the liquor companies use to improve the quality of packaged liquor. The Gray Kangaroo works with all pre-packaged hard liquors: vodka, whiskey, rum gin,tequila. Most people agree that it works best with vodka. What it does is remove particulate matter and harmful toxins while leaving delicious filtered liquor. Filtered liquor (especially vodka) is competitive with brands that cost three times the price. One filter works for at least 50 liters of liquor before it needs to be replaced. The GK is made of only liquor safe materials. One GK filter pays for it's self after the first three bottles filtered. The Gray Kangaroo does not reduce alcohol content.

GK4 improvements vs. the GK3
1. More Filter Material: %15 more filter material than the GK3
2. Increased Effect: Improved filtering power.
3. Clean Out Of The Box: This model takes about %5 of the time that the GK3 took to rinse out before initial use. Once it runs clean, it won’t run gray. Also, it won’t darken your liquor with residual carbon dust.
4. Consistent Flow Rate: One issue we encountered with the GK3 was that sometimes it would flow quickly, sometimes slowly. The GK4 has a brisk, consistent flow rate, which filters a liter four times in about 5 minutes.
5. Consistent Effect: A symptom of the inconsistent flow rate was an inconsistent effect. We previously told you to filter it from one to six or more times for peak effect. Our new recommendation with the GK 4 is four times.
6. Longer Product Life: The GK was always designed to last and the current models which we’ve been testing show a much longer product life. We still suggest replacing the product after 50 bottles or so, but you’ll see your product life extended and the effectiveness increased.
7. Cleaner Product: The GK4 is easier to clean after use and stores better with less leakage after use.
