Q: What is the RFL Program?
A: Refill For Life is a program from Gray Kangaroo Personal Liquor Filters where we will refurbish your replaceable cartridges for your life

Q: How much does the Unlimited Refill Forever service cost?
A: The service is $19.95 and includes a replacement cartridge.

Q: How long does it take to get a filter back?
A: It can take as long as four weeks from when you ship your filter to us, but we always try to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Q: How do you know that I have an authorized RFL filter?
A: Authorized filters will have gray end caps or an infinity brand on the filter. For very early adopters, your unit may not have markings. If this is the case contact us and we'll help you out.

Q: How once I’m signed up, how do I use the program.
A: You mail your used filter to us, when we receive it we’ll send you a like-new refurbished filter.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?
A: Yes, you always have to pay to ship it to us (about 3 bucks via postal service) and you have to pay for shipping from us to you (about five bucks) you can pay on the website or we’ll bill you via paypal when we receive the filter.

Q: What is a “like-new refurbished filter”?
A: We take a used filter and remove the cap and the used carbon. We wash the shell, put a new sticker on it and fill it with brand new carbon and a new cap. It has the exact functionality of a new filter.

Q: Is this a green program?
A: Yes, we are recycling everything except the cap we remove. Even the carbon we remove from your used filter is sent back to the manufacturer for their own recycling use.
